Shree Cement to set up clinker grining unit at Udepur in Suratgarh in Ganganagar district in Rajasthan with an investment of Rs. 1617 million. The project involves expanding Clinker Grinding Unit for 2.0 MTPA. Clinker, Gypsum, and Fly ash will be used as raw materials for Cement plant. Clinker will be sourced from their own plant at Beawer, Rajasthan and stored in Silo. Fly ash will be sourced from the nearby Suratgarh Thermal Power Plant to manufacture Pozollona Portland Cement.
In March 2018, the company has commissioned the cement grinding unit.
