THDC Ltd has signed up an MoU with the state government of Rajasthan to develop 10,000 MW of solar power projects in the state. The solar PV projects will be set up with an estimated investment of Rs 40,000 crore. The projects will be set up over a period of 4-5 years.
The RE parks will be implemented through a special purpose vehicle in the term of a joint venture with Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation (RRECL) in the ratio of 74:26.
